Director of Customer Engagement and Success
Adam Hearnlaye is the Director of Customer Engagement and Success at The Training Associates. In this role, Adam is focused on overseeing the overall customer experience and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. He accomplishes this by creating and demonstrating a unified culture of continuous improvement and a growth mindset where knowledge is shared through relevant, best-in-class approaches and offerings that strengthen individual and organizational capabilities and competencies. His responsibilities include nurturing talent within the organization as well as making continual process improvements as it relates to talent management, opportunity management, training project management, and business process outsourcing solutions for our clients.
Adam holds both the CPTM and CompTIA Project+ certifications. Adam consults with key client stakeholders to design and implement innovative learning solutions and programs for large-scale and complex initiatives. His breadth of experience — spanning both Learning and Development and project/program management — greatly impacts clients’ learning program outcomes. His experience includes human capital management, business strategy development, learning process transformation, enterprise learning solutions, learning technology integration, courseware development management, end-user training, mergers and acquisitions, program/project management & administration, and learning consulting.
Prior to joining TTA in 2007, Adam held several key operations, quality management, and business management positions in the manufacturing, construction, and real estate industries where he directly supported independent business owners and oversaw several business divisions.
