A Training Industry Top 20 company is an organization that is recognized as a leading provider in a given training sector. These companies distinguish themselves by offering innovative products and services that meet the needs of a wide range of client organizations. Training Industry announces awards for each specific training sector on an annual basis. Depending on the quantity and quality of applicants, we supplement some of our Top 20 awards with a Watch List. A Watch List company is a provider with emerging or unique strengths and capabilities. Note that not all Top 20 awards have an accompanying Watch List.

This opportunity to cast a vote was promoted to Training Magazine Network’s 141,000+ member network community, on the vendor partners that they find to provide the most effective tools and solutions for their work, in five (5) categories:
Top Places to Work recognizes the most admired workplaces in the Commonwealth voted on by the people who know them best – their employees. The survey measures employee opinions about their company’s direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement. TTA was ranked among the top employers in the small category (50-99 employees). Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention, collected confidential survey data from nearly 82,151 individuals at 318 Massachusetts organizations in this 11th annual employee-based survey project. The winners typically exhibit some common traits that include progressive benefits, soliciting employee input and creating a fun work environment.
The Boston Business Journal has named TTA (The Training Associates) to its 2020 Best Places to Work — the BBJ’s exclusive ranking of the Massachusetts companies that have built outstanding work environments for their people. The 165 businesses that met criteria for office location and size participated in employee-were asked to rate their work environment, work-life balance, job satisfaction, advancement opportunities, management, compensation and benefits.
