What

Virtual Diversity Training Gives You

Self-Evaluation And Reflection

We are all influenced by the thoughts, opinions, and experiences of those around us. By conducting the training virtually, participants may feel more willing to examine their unconscious biases without the influence and potential judgment of those around them in a traditional classroom.

Efficient Group Work Opportunities

With virtual diversity and inclusion training, participants can quickly split into smaller discussion/chat groups, such as Zoom’s “breakout room” feature. This allows more collaborative opportunities without interfering too much with training time.

Open And Honest Questions

When participating in virtual training, learners can easily send the instructor private chat with messages in real-time during the session. These chats could include questions, comments, or examples of bias that they might be more reluctant to share if they are in front of a group of peers.

"I have been in law enforcement for over 25 years; 15+ years with Union Pacific. I have attended literally HUNDREDS of hours of cultural diversity, cultural awareness, and racial profiling courses both through law enforcement and railroad resources. Our resource was absolutely the best presenter/instructor I have ever encountered. She tackled a sensitive and potentially abrasive topic with grace, dignity, and professionalism. I would highly recommend utilizing TTA for D&I training."
