TTA Welcomes Jim Tsao as Client Success Manager
Marlborough, MA – June 16, 2020 – TTA (The Training Associates) welcomes Jim Tsao to the project management team.
Prior to joining the TTA team, Jim lived in New Jersey and worked as an Incident Manager, Level 3 Desktop Support, and Backup Administrator at Fein, Such, Hahn & Shepard, P.C. for nine years. Jim regularly managed relationships and conducted meetings with top vendors and users. Additionally, he oversaw service desk responsibilities and ensured incidents and change management requests were acknowledge and addressed for over 400 users. Jim also created and implemented training programs firm wide for all technology related matters. He educated users, supervisors, and C-suite level executives in order to continuously improve the customer experience.

Jim holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration. In his free time, Jim enjoys football, baseball, and traveling.
