TTA Has Hired Stacie Comolli as Director of Instructional Design to Champion a Large Community of Practice

Westborough, MA – November 14, 2018 – The Training Associates Corporation (TTA), a leading provider of learning and development talent and solutions, is delighted to announce that Stacie Comolli has joined in the role of Director of Instructional Design. “Stacie brings leadership and innovation to this role—benefiting both our clients and our instructional designers. She will be leading not only a design team, but a large community of practice within TTA’s extensive talent network,” said Michael Noble, TTA’s COO and Chief Learning Strategist.

Prior to joining TTA, Stacie was the Learning Design Manager at McKinsey & Company. At McKinsey, Stacie worked with senior stakeholders and SMEs to formalize and scale key processes.

Before working at McKinsey, Stacie was the Director of Solutions Architecture for the Performance Development Group, an agency that develops custom learning solutions. Previously, Stacie worked both as an independent consultant and for a big consulting firm, PriceWaterhouseCoopers. She has led teams of instructional designers, worked as a learning strategist, and won several industry awards. Most recently, her work at McKinsey was recognized with a Brandon Hall Award for the last two years.

Stacie received her BA from West Chester University and her M.Ed. in Instructional Systems, Training Design and Development from Penn State University.
