TTA Welcomes Jacob Boulay as a Technical Support Representative

Marlborough, MA – August 23, 2022 – TTA (The Training Associates) welcomes Jacob Boulay as a Technical Support Representative.

In Jacob’s previous job, he worked as a Community Operations Associate at Wayfair where he was a part of the employee Tech Team Rotation at Wayfair. This included a 6-month rotation with the IT Team to help with special projects. He has also reimaged over 1,500 laptops and desktops and has assisted in the opening of a new Wayfair office by setting up over 1,000 desks, running network cables setting up docking stations and VoIP phones.

Jacob comes with several years of experience in IT and is looking forward to utilizing his skills to assist our IT Team and our internal TTA Team members.

Jacob is continuing his education at Nashua Community College to complete his Associates in Computer Networking and previously was in the US Airforce for 4 years.
