Maria Melfa, TTA’s CEO and President, has always believed that a happy team is a productive team. This philosophy led her to introduce Fun Days, an initiative that has become a cornerstone of TTA’s company culture. Launched several years ago, Fun Days offers TTA employees five spontaneous days off each year, giving them the flexibility to recharge, relax, and focus on what brings them joy—without needing to plan ahead. These days are designed to be taken at employees’ discretion, ensuring they can take a break whenever they need it most.

In 2024, our team embraced this initiative with enthusiasm, collectively enjoying over 1,200 hours of fun. These hours aren’t just a break from work, they’re a chance for our team to recharge, strengthening the bonds within our company and boosting overall well-being.
