Balancing different time zones, competing priorities, and varying work schedules can be a challenge for learners. eLearning provides flexibility to meet an individual’s time constraints while still receiving an engaging learning experience.
eLearning takes many forms, including microlearning, video development, animation, simulations, and more to ensure the best experience for your learners depending on preferences and subject matter. TTA has the learning and development talent to create the best solution for your team.
Whether training is delivered in a traditional classroom setting or virtually, TTA can deliver impactful training in both methods. While classroom-based training offers the advantages of face-to-face interactions, opportunities for collaboration, and minimal distractions, virtual training provides the advantages of supporting geographically distributed learners, mitigating travel costs, simplifying training coordination, and sometimes making training accessible when classroom-based is not an option.
Classroom-based and virtual learning remain learning mainstays due to their effectiveness, engagement factor, and real-time adaptation to meet learners’ needs.
With so many different learning assets available to L&D professionals today, TTA can help you identify the right blend of modalities and design your learning programs based on your organization’s needs.
In order for your training to be effective, you need to understand your learners and adjust your approach to how they learn best. Applying a blended learning approach leads to higher engagement and improved knowledge retention for your learners.
Having a learning strategy in place helps you make the best decisions about the people, technologies, curriculum, and priorities for your learning and development organization.
Learning strategy takes many forms, including learning experience design, technology selection, evaluation strategy, resource planning, and many more. Our learning strategists work with you to provide a clear framework and plan to operationalize your learning and business goals while benefiting from improved efficiency, reduced risk, and predictable, successful outcomes.
Adaptive learning is a personalized learning approach to meets learners where they are in terms of skills and knowledge. It incorporates real-time feedback and assessments, personalized goals, and tailored training content.
Utilizing an adaptive learning strategy provides organizations with the ability to track a learner’s progress and gain access to detailed analytics and insights. The capability of adaptive learning is to focus on topics that are uniquely relevant to each learner, drives dramatic reductions in training time and cost, and contributes to learner engagement.
TTA utilizes game-based learning and gamification to drive learner engagement with the appropriate audiences and subject matter. Game-based learning utilizes actual games (board games, real-life games, and digital games) to make training fun and engaging, while also developing skills and achieving learning outcomes.
Often used in tandem with game-based learning but not to be confused as the same, gamification incorporates game-like elements in a non-gaming environment (think scoreboards, rules and regulations, and incentive programs). Harnessing the competition, rewards, and excitement that games offer in your learning can have a dramatic effect on the learning experience.
With new technologies emerging each day, it can be challenging to keep your team and your training programs at the forefront of these trends.
Incorporating augmented reality, virtual reality, and mixed reality are among the most engaging modalities in learning today. Through the strong influence of the primary senses, AR/VR creates immersive experiences that are very memorable and effective for learning. TTA’s learning experience designers will work with you to determine what approach would work best for your organization.
Engaging learners and keeping their attention for long periods of time is one of the greatest challenges learning professionals face when implementing a training program. Microlearning is an effective training approach that incorporates bite-sized, easily digestible bursts of training content to help achieve learning goals.
The simplicity and minimal time commitment help drive utilization by learners and serves as an excellent tool for reinforcement and performance support.

“We have worked with TTA for a few years now and they are a key partner for contract talent – for example, on one of our contracts, we were looking for an instructional designer but got much more regarding instructional strategy, project management, change management, and design thinking, and this project won a Brandon Hall award. They are very responsive and seek to understand the business and project objectives before offering candidates, and, once placed, ensure the strong partnership with timely check ins. We will certainly continue working with TTA for future needs.”

“When I first heard from TTA I was in the stressful process of doubling my team. I asked for an expert in the realm of client coaching experienced in serving vulnerable and diverse populations. The TTA team asked plenty of questions during our meetings to ensure they understood my needs and helped me reach clarity on what I required. TTA connected me with a subject matter expert that was a better fit than I could have imagined. In my first 10 minutes of meeting with TTA, I knew that they were the perfect fit to deliver this critical information to my staff effectively. TTA factored in essential logistics and made communication seamless while fitting the whole packing into the confines of the budget I initially mentioned. The result was an extremely well-crafted and impactful training that left my team and me with enough content to discuss and digest for several weeks. We now meet weekly to practice some of the great coaching methodologies that we learned. I know that our ability to make a long-lasting impact within the refugee and immigrant community has expanded because of the TTA team.”
