TTA is the largest provider of Learning and Development talent. Companies of all sizes partner with us to be a cost-effective, scalable, and strategic extension of their team.
Giving back has been at the core of TTA since our beginning in 1994. Together we have built a culture of social responsibility and are proud to give back and make a difference in our community. We donate 5% of our profits each year to support charitable institutions. TTA supports and encourages giving back among our team members by supporting their preferred charities with matching corporate donations.
TTA is honored to support Birthday Wishes which makes a difference in the lives of homeless children and their families by bringing them the joy of a birthday party.
The TTA team had a great time building Birthday-in-a-Box. This program provides a party box and birthday gifts to children and their families staying in safe shelters, hotels, and scattered sites, so they are still able to celebrate their special day.
One cause that is near and dear to our hearts is Fisher House Boston, which is a home away from home where military families are able to stay while their loved ones receive in-house treatment at various medical centers. TTA has worked with Fisher House Boston for many years.
In 2018, TTA was presented with the Thomas J. Hudner award. Captain Thomas J. Hudner was a Medal of Honor recipient for his actions in trying to save the life of his wingman, Ensign Jesse L. Brown, during the Battle of Chosin Reservoir in the Korean War. This award is rewarded to an organization for its ongoing commitment and dedicated service to others. TTA is honored to be the 2018 recipient of this honorable award.
In this episode of "Bring Out The Talent," Maria Melfa, President and CEO of TTA. shares the origins of TTA, what it’s like working with family, how the learning and development industry has changed over nearly three decades, the importance of company culture, funny stories from along the way, and so much more.
