Each year, the Best Places to Work list is determined by an employee survey that measures a wide range of research-validated workplace factors that impact employee engagement and satisfaction. Companies named a ‘Best Place to Work by Boston Business Journal foster a workplace culture where employees willingly go above and beyond in their work, advocate for the organization, and intend to stay into the future.

In order to be considered as a Boston Business Journal Best Place to Work, the members of your team must fill out an anonymous survey. The average of your team’s responses creates your organization’s Best Place to Work score. Scores can range from 0-100 with 100 being the best possible score.
Based solely on the anonymous feedback of our team, TTA is excited to announce that we posted an impressive score of 96.75% out of the possible 100. Of this, 93.55% of TTA employees were categorized as ‘Highly Engaged Employees’, 6.45% were categorized as ‘Moderately Engaged Employees’, and we had 0% of our team categorize as ‘Disengaged’ or ‘Barely Engaged’ employees.

In order to be deemed a ‘Best Place to Work’ you must foster a culture that works for employees of all generations.
When evaluated for our level of engagement among different generations, TTA showed 97% of engagement for every single generational age group including: ages 26-35, ages 36-45, and ages 46-55.
