After Sprint acquired 500 Radio Shack storefronts, Sprint needed to train over 10.000 employees in 500 lcations. Part of this massive acquisition also involved hiring 10,000+ new employees for the Sprint storefronts. They developed an onboarding program for each new hire, but they needed a partner to provide facilitators to deliver the program to their employees. TTA supported Sprint by identifying and qualifying the talent necessary to facilitate this transition. There were 65 trainers chosen to conduct a two-week Train-the-Trainer program which led to a 9-month deployment delivering both ILT and VILT sessions to effectively help train 10,000+ new employees across 500 retail locations.
