Expedia is a large international hotel company whose goal is to create superior customer experiences. This company has more guest rooms than any other hotel company in the world with over 4,150 hotels across nearly 100 countries and their guests book over 160 million stays in their hotels every year. Expedia also provides the world’s largest hotel loyalty program. Expedia was looking for assistance with Google Apps training for their 700+ corporate users. The initial phase was followed by training of hotel staff (25,000 users) across dozens of countries in seven languages: Chinese, Japanese, French, Spanish, German, Arabic, and English. Looking for a partner who could help them train over 25,000 employees and staff with limited internal trainer resources, Expedia partnered with TTA to deliver over 300 virtual instructor-led sessions.
