Jeff Janovich is an Instructional Design Project Manager who works with TTA’s amazing customers. He ensures that their projects are completed on time and within budget, while also creating engaging and enjoyable learning experiences. Jeff was once a client of TTA, using their world-class talent for technical training delivery. He was impressed by the company’s culture, which aligned with his values and style. Jeff is proud to work at TTA for many reasons, including its status as a family-owned business, its core values, and the quality of service provided to customers.
Jeff loves working in L&D because of his natural passion for helping others achieve success. He finds L&D to be constantly changing, with each customer having unique needs that require a tailored approach, which he finds challenging and rewarding. This field allows him to continue learning and take professional risks to grow personally and professionally.
Jeff is motivated by his team and strives to give his best for them, knowing that they are doing the same for him. And that truly makes us unstoppable and able to tackle any obstacle in our way.
If Jeff were ever stranded on an island, he would bring a Bible, a football, and a multi-tool with him.
Jeff lives at home with his wife, 3 sons, 2 dogs, and 5 goats, enjoys coaching high school football and relaxing with his family.
