Carole Donaldson is a Director of Content Marketing who works with our community of contractor Learning and Development Talent to drive engagement and ensure a positive customer experience.
Carole believes that creating and sharing information about our services helps Learning and Development Talent find fascinating engagements and deliver exceptional learning experiences.
Carole has an excellent marketing background having previously been part of stellar marketing teams, at Iron Mountain, Brown Brothers Harriman, and Wellington Management.
Carole holds a B.A. in Government and Politics from George Mason University.
Get to Know Carole!
What was your first job?
I started babysitting at age 11 for three amazing children. Looking back at the experience, I have no idea how I took care of them because I didn’t have a clue what I was doing! I’m glad I did it though…it prepared me for motherhood and I learned so much.
If you were a super-hero, what powers would you have?
I would sprinkle happiness through the world with a blink of my eye. My strength would be the perfect blend of Wonder Woman and Tinker Bell (yes, I said it). I would need a cool costume though….no cape. I remember that tip from the Incredibles movie.
What celebrity would you like to meet at Starbucks/Dunkin Donuts for a cup of coffee?
The New York Yankees slugger and Home Run Derby champion, Aaron Judge (so I can get an autograph for my kids and husband). I wonder what he would order?
If you had a warning label, what would yours say?
Allergic to mornings (I hope Aaron Judge wants to meet for coffee in the afternoon).
What is your favorite thing about your career?
I’m passionate about telling a story! I love writing and sharing information, so others can see the value of our services and benefit from it. We help clients create exceptional learning experiences and offer contract learning and development talent find fascinating engagements. It’s awesome.
