Project Summary: A.G. Edwards
A.G. Edwards needed to provide initial training, proprietary financial systems training, and continuing professional development to their financial consultants and call center employees. The diverse course curriculum and training delivery had to be consistent, of the highest quality, and delivered on an ongoing basis. The diversity of courses needed for the program required senior trainers with specialized experience in financial services, and whose skills encompassed a wide variety of subjects in both IT and soft-skills. A.G. Edwards partnered with TTA to assemble a team of trainers throughout the U.S. to participate in a Train-the-Trainer to understand the specific capabilities of the client’s products and services, as well as the nuances of its business. Through this program, TTA was able to successfully and cost-effectively train 7,000 financial consultants worldwide on their diverse curriculum.
