Comprised of more than 600 centers, including long-term care facilities, community hospitals, walk-in clinics, and health ministries. The Christus Health community is 45,000 strong, with over 15,000 physicians providing individualized care. Proudly named as one of the Top 10 Catholic Healthcare Systems in the U.S. and International. Christus was experiencing a lot of growth and they needed to fill a Content Designer role within their organization. They wanted to find a candidate with all the necessary technical skills, but even more so emphasized the importance of finding a candidate that fit their company culture. Facing the challenges of Dallas’ huge network of healthcare companies coupled with the massive demand for healthcare in the midst of the pandemic, Christus partnered with TTA’s Direct Hire Team. TTA was able to tap into niche networks to identify highly skilled Content Developers that would also seamlessly fit into Christus’ corporate culture.
