Edward Jones needed a team of instructional design & development experts with the skillsets necessary to support their team in delivering different training programs throughout the company. The L&D talent would immediately provide the additional expertise, flexibility, and scale to provide various training programs for the next two years. Edward Jones partnered with TTA to provide an on-demand talent workforce capable of developing training for a variety of projects, including continuing education training, retiree transition workshop, financial advisor development program, and various virtual training projects.
