As part of this commitment, Grubhub recognized that developing a robust upskilling program was essential to equip employees with the skills needed to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
Grubhub sought a scalable, adaptable solution that would close skills gaps across the organization, foster cross-departmental collaboration, and directly align with strategic goals. To achieve this, they partnered with TTA to create the “Just-In-Time” training program—an initiative that empowers Grubhub employees with essential skills, delivered in quarterly workshops customized to the company’s evolving needs. Together, TTA and Grubhub implemented a unique learning framework that supports immediate skill demands and set the stage for sustained growth and adaptability. This initiative went on to win a Brandon Hall award in the category Best Program for Upskilling Employees.
