Case Study
Project Summary: Joliet Junior College
Joliet Junior College (JJC) is a public community college established in 1901 with over 180 degrees and program certificates. Each year 48,000 students enroll in the college’s academic programs and non-credit programs. The College began experiencing internal frustration due to the lack of a professional development program for the college’s staff and educators. Joliet was looking for a partner to help them achieve their goal of increasing the college’s commitment to the professional development of its faculty and staff. Joliet Junior College partnered with TTA to conduct a training needs assessment and to develop a learning strategy for a college-wide professional development program.
