Prudential is an American Fortune Global 500 and Fortune 500 company whose subsidiaries provide insurance, retirement planning, investment management, and other products and services to both retail and institutional customers. Prudential was seeking a partner to help deliver two high-stakes programs surrounding leadership and allyship using Korn Ferry course materials. The allyship program was being facilitated across all people leaders in the organization. The leadership program had two unique versions, one for new/first-time managers and another for senior leadership. TTA partnered with Prudential to provide all of the facilitators and session producers to support these programs.
