Quest Diagnostics was tasked with migrating approximately 1,500 medical facilities to their Quest Diagnostic’s Care 360 platform which stemmed from the acquisition of another lab company. This migration required training for key personnel at each medical facility on the new platform. Quest did not have the internal capacity to support this substantial training requirement and selected TTA as their training partner to support this initiative. TTA supported all scheduling with the medical facilities and provided both project management and onsite and remote enablement training. Quest’s partnership with TTA led to an innovative training solution in which TTA efficiently scaled the training, program management, and the instructor bench to undertake, manage, and deliver the essential migration training.
