Project Summary: Vanguard
Vanguard planned to launch a diversity, equity, and inclusion program in May 2020 with the goal of having 50% of all employees trained on the program at the end of the year. The program would provide foundational knowledge to over 18,000 of their employees across 19 different offices globally. Initially, they were leveraging in-house resources to deliver the training but soon realized they needed a partner to supplement their team and help achieve their goals. Vanguard partnered with TTA to quickly provide 8 expert DEI instructors that seamlessly aligned with Vanguard’s high standards of excellence to help deliver sessions virtually.
