Washington Mutual needed to train its team on a variety of topics including bank teller operation, retail products, wholesale banking, international banking, and trust and estate banking. To find the requisite number of trainers qualified in the diverse subject matter who was able to deliver a large number of geographically dispersed classes, they partnered with TTA. TTA assembled a highly qualified team of TTA trainers who delivered training for 1,200 diverse classes in 75 different locations throughout the United States. To keep travel costs down, TTA was able to identify trainers near each location where the training would be delivered. The expert talent TTA provided gave Washington Mutual the ability to scale their training program in a cost-effective way while covering all necessary subject matter.
