Leading With Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence is a must-have skill for leaders. In an article from the Harvard Business Review, “The most effective leaders are all alike in one crucial way: They all have a high degree of what has come to be known as emotional intelligence. It’s not that IQ and technical skills are irrelevant. They do matter, but…they are the entry-level requirements for executive positions.”

In this session, we will focus on four core competencies of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management.

You will learn to develop and implement these competencies to enhance work relationships by increasing your understanding of social and emotional behaviors and learning how to adapt and manage your responses to different situations.
