Senior Executive Assistant
Lori A. Guerra is a Senior Executive Assistant supporting TTA’s CEO Maria Melfa. Lori believes that forming a partnership with your executive is the key to being successful in her role. “I am very fortunate to be able to support Maria Melfa, CEO, who, in turn, provides me with the direction and priorities she has for TTA. I believe because of this, it inspires me every day to start the day off with a positive outlook, and to stay ahead of the schedule keeping the day moving as smoothly as possible.”
Lori Guerra is adept in anticipating changes and is flexible enough to make decisions and take action so that projects progress seamlessly. Lori brings more than 20 years of professional experience, and truly loves her work at TTA. Lori’s role involves HR as well, and she has in-depth knowledge in the area of HR administration. Lori is emphatic that “TTA is such a fantastic company to work for, has an amazing culture,” and is proud to be part of this team at TTA.
Lori recently attended the BambooHR conference in Utah, and came back full of inspiration and new ideas. Lori has earned “Employee of the Year” several times during her career. Lori holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Dean College and has completed the Human Resources Management two-year certification program from Bryant University.

What was your first job?
My first job was at McDonalds.
What motivates you to work hard?
Never settling for mediocrity and being the best I can be and in the forefront of my position as an executive assistant.
What is your favorite thing about your career?
The diversity of it. Everyday offers a new challenge and you must be flexible and be able to shift with the priorities of your executive and the company.
What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
Owning a food truck.

If I were to choose an animal to describe myself, I would be a cat.
