Michael J. Noble, PhD, is TTA’s Chief Learning Strategist. In addition to leading our sales and operations teams, he works with clients to map their future state objectives and to innovate within their learning organizations. Michael believes that learning and high workplace performance are inextricably connected. His goal is to curate the best instructional approaches and strategies, creating an ecosystem where both learning and performance thrive.

Prior to joining TTA, Michael worked as the Managing Director of Learning Solutions at FranklinCovey and as an EVP and Chief Learning Officer for AllenComm. In 2015, he was recognized as a Utah Business CXO of the Year. As a thought leader, Michael has presented at dozens of conferences, been a keynote speaker at international events, and authored numerous articles in industry publications. He holds a PhD from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, as well as MA and BA degrees from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT.

Benedict Cumberbatch.

If you had to describe yourself as an animal, which one would it be?

That’s easy. I’d be a bower bird. It’s a bird that designs in order to attract a mate.
