a) Information You Provide

When you register or otherwise interact with the Site, we may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, password, job title, past employer(s), contact information, and any information you voluntarily submit through forms, feedback, or communications.

b) Consultant and Customer Information

For consultants, instructors, and business contacts, we may collect professional credentials and experience, education and employment history, resume information, work authorization and citizenship status (where required), emergency contact information, reference information, and information from publicly available professional profiles such as LinkedIn.

Where legally permitted, we may collect limited sensitive information, such as tax identifiers or background screening results. We do not sell personal information.

2) AUTOMATIC INFORMATION COLLECTION

Like most websites, we automatically collect certain information, including IP address, browser type, operating system, device and usage data, pages viewed, and referring URLs. This information is used to operate, secure, and improve the Site.

We do not track users across third-party websites and do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
