TTA knows that as a user (the “User”) of this website and related online services (the “Site”), you care how information is collected, used, and shared. This Privacy Notice explains how The Training Associates Corporation (“TTA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit or use our websites, including thetrainingassociates.com, ttacorp.com, and related services, portals, and functionality.

1) INFORMATION WE COLLECT
a) Information You Provide
When you register or otherwise interact with the Site, we may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, password, job title, past employer(s), contact information, and any information you voluntarily submit through forms, feedback, or communications.
b) Consultant and Customer Information
For consultants, instructors, and business contacts, we may collect professional credentials and experience, education and employment history, resume information, work authorization and citizenship status (where required), emergency contact information, reference information, and information from publicly available professional profiles such as LinkedIn.
Where legally permitted, we may collect limited sensitive information, such as tax identifiers or background screening results. We do not sell personal information.
2) AUTOMATIC INFORMATION COLLECTION
Like most websites, we automatically collect certain information, including IP address, browser type, operating system, device and usage data, pages viewed, and referring URLs. This information is used to operate, secure, and improve the Site.
We do not track users across third-party websites and do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
3) COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
TTA uses cookies and similar technologies to enable Site functionality, remember user preferences, and improve performance and user experience. Users may control cookies through browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit certain Site features.

The Site may allow Users to post content or participate in blogs or discussions. Any information disclosed in these areas is considered Public Content and is shared at the User’s own risk. TTA is not responsible for how others use or disclose such information.
Users represent that they have the right to share any Public Content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, TTA may collect your name or email address in order to respond or follow up.
8) AGGREGATED AND DE-IDENTIFIED DATA

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion or correction, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (note: TTA does not sell or share personal information), and limit the use of sensitive personal information. TTA is headquartered in the United States. Personal information may be processed in the U.S., where data protection laws differ. Where required, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms such as consent, contractual necessity, or legitimate interests, and we implement appropriate safeguards.
15) DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

16) CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
TTA does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. Minors may not register or use features requiring registration.
