Eric has over two years of experience in technical support, previously supporting 450 employees, and has provided excellent customer service to maintain an efficient workflow within the organization.
Eric enjoys working in the L&D industry because there is a plethora of opportunities to learn, grow, and improve his skills. Eric is motivated to work hard to give his 2 cats the food that they deserve.
If Eric were to pursue a different profession, he would choose to be a chef because he has always enjoyed cooking and learning about the different processes of cooking.
Eric lives at home with his wife, and their two cats, and enjoys cooking, playing video games, and spending time with family.
