Eric Olafsen is the Recruiting and Deployment Manager at TTA, where he works closely with the Business Development Executives to meet the talent needs of TTA’s clients. Eric oversees both recruiting and deployment, ensuring the right talent is matched with the right opportunities at the right time—helping clients meet their goals through seamless execution and alignment.
Eric thrives in this fast-paced role because it allows him to build meaningful relationships while solving complex staffing challenges. He enjoys the dynamic nature of working with diverse clients and talent, and he finds it incredibly rewarding to connect people with opportunities where they can succeed and make an impact.

Eric resides in Hopkinton, MA and is a graduate of Westfield State University. When he’s not matching top talent to client needs, Eric enjoys playing the drums, catching a Red Sox game at Fenway, spending time outdoors, traveling, and relaxing with family and friends.
