Lori Guerra is a Senior Executive Assistant who supports TTA’s President and CEO, Maria Melfa as well as all of the TTA Team members in her Human Resources role. Lori is proud to work at TTA because of the amazing culture and company values.
Lori has over 25 years of experience as an Executive Assistant as well as in Human Resources. She loves this ever-changing role which includes flexibility, collaboration and continuously learning new skills. Working in the L&D Industry always provides the opportunity to learn and grow which is essential in her position.
If given the opportunity to go into a different career, she would probably be doing something completely different like opening a small Tiki shack and cooking some fun and creative dishes along with mixing up some great cocktails!
Lori enjoys spending time with her family traveling especially to Hawaii and visiting other beautiful islands around the world. She also enjoys entertaining and spending time at home cooking and working in her yard planting flowers and enjoying her pool and Tiki Bar!
