With over 18 years of experience in Learning & Development, leadership consulting, and organizational change, she combines strategic insight with a passion for helping people and organizations unlock their potential and achieve meaningful, measurable results. What motivates Sarah to work hard is knowing her efforts make a meaningful difference for her clients, their employees, and their culture.
She’s proud to be part of a TTA team that connects companies with top L&D talent, helping ignite growth and achieve learning goals.
Sarah resides in Virginia and loves spending her free time at the beach, playing volleyball, traveling to new places, or relaxing with family and friends. Sarah also volunteers with several nonprofits that rescue and rehabilitate horses and dogs. Her four dogs and Dutch Harness horse keep her busy and fill life with energy, love, and a touch of adventure.
