Stephen Miln is a Sr. Business Development Executive with TTA. He works on identifying new clients and continuing to build relationships with existing clients. His responsibilities range from account management, ensuring streamlined delivery of resources, collaborating with partner companies to identify learning solutions, formulating strategies, and supporting clients with the growth of their business. He provides both contract and direct placement L&D resources to his clients. Steve has over 10 years of experience in sales with over 7 being in talent acquisition and professional solutions.

Steve enjoys new challenges, learning new things, and growing professionally and personally every day. Outside of work he’s an avid outdoorsman who is passionate about hiking, skiing, exploring, and exercising.

Steve believes that working in sales allows him to constantly educate himself with new things, meet new people and build relationships with them, and thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.

Steve lives in MA with his wife, daughter, Bernese Mountain dog, and cat. He enjoys grilling, spending time with friends and family, listening to music, and being outside.
