Marlborough, MA – August 27, 2021 – TTA is excited to announce that we have won the 2021 Brandon Hall Award for Leadership Development in partnership with Sound Credit Union.
Sound Credit Union partnered with TTA to develop a customized coaching program for 40+ sales managers and leaders. The program, ‘Coaching for Sales Success’ provides managers and team members with the skills, tools, and knowledge necessary to coach team members to help improve employee performance, improve customer engagement and increase sales. Sound Credit Union and TTA collaborated to develop a series of interactive and engaging facilitator-led workshops both in-person and virtual to learn and practice behavior-focused coaching skills.

Entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts, and executives based upon these criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation, and overall measurable benefits. Excellence Award winners are scheduled to be honored at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference, Feb. 1-3, 2022, at the Hilton West Palm Beach, Florida. Select winners also will serve as presenters in breakout sessions, sharing their leading practices during the conference.
