August 26, 2021 – TTA is excited to announce that we have won the 2021 Brandon Hall Award for Talent Acquisition in partnership with Wellpath.
Wellpath partnered with TTA to transform a traditional instructor-led onboarding program, into an innovative, engaging, and efficient program that blended virtual and self-paced components. Discover how we collaborated to achieve Wellpath’s training goals while adhering to a low budget and short time frame in the midst of a global pandemic. We will discuss how TTA partnered with Wellpath to design and develop a new and sustainable program incorporating interactive eLearning modules which increased learner interest exponentially and significantly decreased the time-to-proficiency of Wellpath hiring managers.

Excellence Award winners are scheduled to be honored at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference, Feb. 1-3, 2022, at the Hilton West Palm Beach, Florida. Select winners also will serve as presenters in breakout sessions, sharing their leading practices during the conference.
