Marlborough – March 21, 2023 – TTA (The Training Associates) welcomes Kevin Jason as a Director of Program Management in our IT department. Kevin will be spearheading the development and implementation of our TTA Connect platform. He’ll be focused on strengthening the platform to help clients and talent manage opportunities, projects, and the myriad of other features to help enhance the user experience.
In Kevin’s previous position, he worked at Ultra Commerce for the past 9 years as Director of Project Delivery where he directed a global team to foster eCommerce product development and project implementations. Kevin conducted an extensive analysis of existing operational policies and guidelines. He focused on implementing best practices across the organization to ensure continuous process improvement and increased efficiency. Additionally, Kevin researched, implemented, and monitored project status communication tools to ensure collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.

Kevin received his Bachelor of Science in Business from Kaplan University in Iowa and resides in Worcester, MA. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, watching football, reading, and spending time with his children.
