How to Get Started

  • Sign up using the link below.
  • Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an email from “TTA-The Training Associates via Hireflix (users@hireflix.com)” with a link to record your video.
  • Review the suggested questions listed below. You will have two minutes of recording time, so choose the questions that best showcase you.
  • Take a moment to prepare, and when you’re ready, start recording. Please ensure your room is well-lit, or you can also use a virtual background or blur your background for your video interview. You can submit or retake your video as many times as needed.
  • After selecting ‘complete,’ we will review and upload your video to your TTA Connect profile. Please note, that you have five business days to complete your interview before the link expires.
