Project Summary: Allied Building Products
Allied Building Products is a leading distributor of a wide range of building products for remodeling and new construction in both the residential and commercial markets, with over 3,100 employees and 200 locations across the United States. With new compliance regulations for electronic record keeping coupled with an increase in customer demand, the company implemented a new transportation management system — to easily track deliveries, improve shipping efficiencies, and increase customer satisfaction. They needed training support to accelerate their training schedule but were apprehensive about using external resources for such an important project. After carefully considering their options, they partnered with TTA to train dispatchers and truck drivers across 200 locations across the country. TTA was able to quickly identify and scale up trainers on the new software program and create a team of training delivery expertise with a cost-effective approach.
