Director of Operations
Bethany Duffy is a Director of Operations who works with Project Managers, Clients, and Contractors to help and support with providing successful solutions in all aspects of their work. Bethany believes her work at TTA helps provide the project managers with the operational tools, processes, and information needed to be the very best for TTA’s clients and contractors. Bethany believes in providing exceptional customer service and that if our clients aren’t satisfied with TTA’s services, then she is not doing her job. Of course, there are many challenging projects, clients, contractors and deliveries that will test us but, in the end, if we acknowledge areas of improvement for ourselves and the team, learn from our mistakes, and grow as a person and employee, that’s all we can ask for. Nothing is perfect, but Bethany’s goal is to get as close as she can in supporting TTA clients and contractors. Status quo is not acceptable. Bethany has supported numerous global training projects and programs over the years for Fortune 500 companies and is certified in Professional Training Management

What was your first job?
McDonalds – 7 years from crew member to store manager – this job was a great foundation for customer service.
What motivates you to work hard?
Seeing progress and results.
If you were a super-hero, what powers would you have?
Time travel and be able to see anything at any time – not change anything but experience it.
What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
Definitely a chef, I love taking existing recipes and making them my own with what I have in the house. Using creativity means 9 times out 10, it works out perfectly!
What three items would you take with you on a deserted island?
Music, coffee and camera.
