TTA and WR Grace win a 2020 Brandon Hall Group Gold Award for Excellence in Learning
Marlborough, MA – August 26, 2020 – TTA is excited to announce that we have won the 2020 Brandon Hall Group Gold Award for Excellence in Learning in partnership with WR Grace based on our partnership to help prepare their team for a retirement cliff and develop a learning strategy and program to help successfully onboard new hires.
W.R. Grace develops, manufactures, licenses, supports, and sells leading technologies to a wide variety of industries. Grace was facing the challenge of having a large percentage of their leadership team retire over a short period of time, leading them to need to backfill over 40 roles.
