TTA Welcomes Kyle Anderson as Senior Business Development Executive

Marlborough, MA – March 23, 2021 – TTA (The Training Associates) welcomes Kyle Anderson to the Sales team.

Kyle brings years of experience working in the staffing industry and expertise in both recruiting and operations. In his previous positions, he has a track record of building growth and profitability, effectively training and developing sales and recruiting teams, and building positive long-term client relationships. His previous roles include Division Recruitment Manager at The Davis Companies and Senior Recruiter and Operations Manager for TRC Staffing Services.

Kyle is also a Certified Staffing and Contingent Workforce Professional. He is passionate about partnering with Learning and Development leaders to help build their programs, design and implement unique solutions, and ease transitions to new platforms. Kyle is a believer in the constant pursuit of knowledge and has a strong desire to get better and learn something new every day.

Kyle holds an Associate’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Chattahoochee Technical College and is a trained Classical guitarist with pedagogy to Andres Segovia.
