TTA Welcomes Ryan Fitzpatrick as Technical Support Representative

Marlborough, MA – March 6, 2020 – TTA, an award-winning provider of learning and development talent and solutions welcomes Ryan Fitzpatrick as Technical Support Representative.

Prior to joining the TTA team, Ryan work as a Technical Support Representative for CVS Health where he provided remote support for retail stores, including network troubleshooting, POS, workstation, and inventory equipment. Ryan was also involved with the rollout of the self-checkout and mobile POS systems where he helped with data analysis and creation of training. He also collaborated with the development teams to ensure the finished product met the needs of its’ users.

Ryan attended Becker College where he received his bachelor’s degree in Interactive Media Design. In his free time, he enjoys reading, video games, art, and archery and his favorite place to vacation is Block Island!
