TTA Receives Outstanding Work Review from Long-Time Partner IBM
Westborough, MA – May 16, 2018 – The Training Associates Corporation, a leading provider of learning and development talent and solutions has received an outstanding work review on a Supplier Performance Evaluation (SPE) from our partner IBM.
The evaluation aimed to assess performance in a holistic way and focused on the following categories:
- Project Guidelines
- Customer Service
TTA achieved an impressive overall score of 98.9% out of a possible 100% on this Supplier Performance Evaluation.
For the last two decades, IBM has relied on TTA to support various learning initiatives in order to increase its’ training capacity and capabilities. Most recently, TTA provided instructional Designers, Brand Managers, and Iteration Managers for IBM GBS Learning & Knowledge agile teams in order to support IBM strategic imperatives in the cloud, mobility, and security space.
TTA trainers provided a wide range of learning solutions, and helped IBM to reach their learning and business goals. In addition to this, TTA’s experienced Instructional Designers were able to join IBM with in-depth knowledge of creative suite tools including Photoshop, Captivate, Premiere, and Illustrator.
IBM had a lot of positive things to say about TTA’s highly experienced employees.
