Client Engagement Manager
Nikole Nolle is a Client Engagement Manager within TTA’s Recruiting Department. Nikole has over 20 years of experience in customer service, training, hiring, business development, and coaching. In her most recent position, she worked at St. Mary’s Credit Union as Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager. She was responsible for the management and operations of the branch which also included coaching, hiring, training new staff members and business development.
Nikole is excited to build relationships with TTA’s clients and learning talent. She received a Bachelor’s Degree from Nichols College and resides in Massachusetts with her husband and two sons where she loves to cook, spend time with family and read.
